ADDITIONAL TERMS:
The undersigned hereby releases Mail, Messages & More and its principals and employees (collectively "MMM") for any liability for loss or destruction of mail unless caused by MMM's gross negligence or willful conduct and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold MMM harmless for any damages (including attorneys' fees and costs) caused by Customer's breach of this agreement. MMM shall not be responsible for incidental, consequential or special damages. All payments to MMM, except unused postage deposits, are non-refundable. If an account becomes delinquent, MMM may suspend services immediately or terminate services upon 15 days prior notice. Any unpaid balances accrue interest at the rate of 15% per annum. MMM's services may not be used for any criminal or illegal activities or any activities prohibited by any local, state, federal or international government, agency or tribunal. No representation has been made by MMM as to establishment of residence, voting, registration of motor vehicles, payment of any taxes or any other issues in regards to customer. MMM may immediately suspend or terminate services if it suspects, in its sole and absolute discretion, that any such activities are being perpetrated through MMM's services. Upon any termination of service, all mail will be returned to sender. MMM is hereby authorized to sign for all certified or registered mail. Services may be terminated by customer only upon 6 months prior written notice. If an attorney is retained to enforce any provision of this agreement, Customer agrees to pay such attorney's fees and court costs.
