MAIL FORWARDING RATE CHART - Dec 2008

Your costs consist of ‘Dues’ plus Actual Postage used and some envelope charges.

MINIMUM ANNUAL DUES FEE $85.00

MAXIMUM ANNUAL DUES FEE $185.00

Annual Dues fees are based on mail volume in accordance with the following schedule:
(You may start at the minimum Dues of $65 and the computer will add more dues as you use more postage.)

61.01 & Over - Add $5 to Dues for every $7 postage used up to a maximum of $185.00 per year.

NOTE: The Annual Dues fee for Mail Forwarding is based on your yearly postage use.
The next year the computer will bill you for Dues at the new established mail volume rate.
You are required to maintain a credit balance equal to the amount of Dues charged.

When you are in the local area picking up your mail, we weigh the mail picked up,
enter that postage amount on our computer program so that it registers on our Fee Schedule.
You will not be charged for that postage, but it will be added into your postage use
for the purpose of figuring your annual fee.

FREE EMERGENCY LOCATOR SERVICE - we will contact the emergency person on your application.

FREE LOST PET SERVICE - All you have to do is let us know all the particulars about your pet -
on the application and you put our 800# on it's tag along with your name and we'll do our best to re-unite you.

FREE LOST KEY & LOST LUGGAGE SERVICE - Put your name, our 800# and
your ID# with us on your tags then when someone calls, we'll drop a message in your mail box.
